This project is a mock fashion magazine I created to showcase
my skills in layout/design. I decided to base it on the singer Adéla
Jergova because I really like her style and how different it is.

I found images online of Adéla that I felt worked well together
and experimented with layouts and colours to create a
consistent look throughout. The main idea behind the magazine
is self-discovery and identity. Adéla doesn’t follow every trend
and has a more untraditional style, which made her a good
example of someone who has found her own sense of style. I
wanted this magazine to feel inspiring and encourage people to
try different looks and figure out what suits them.

I also used a mix of simpler pages and more detailed, visual
heavy ones. I think this helps balance everything out so it’s not
too plain but also not too overwhelming to look at.
